One year ago today I packed up my car and headed west. I didn't have a place to live and didn't have a job lined up, but was ready and excited for a new adventure.
I relied on family to put up with me for a few weeks while I found work and a place to call home. They stepped up in a huge way, and I'm still so thankful for their love and support.
The Guy and I have been trying to get out for a hike together, and the stars alined for just that this morning! So Portland-aversary celebration hike it was!! We headed out to Lacamas Park in Camas, WA for a few miles. I, of course, took some photos while we enjoyed the sunshine, greenery and wildflowers.
I'm really looking forward to many more days in Portland, and many more adventures to come!
